Gelding for Sale in Ossian, IN
I am looking for a horse for an Intermediate rider. Looking not to spend more then 500, will have a good home and will be with 3 other horse's. Would like it to be 14.3hands or taller. Don't want a mare, would prefer a gelding. Not spooky. Easy to trailer and bathe would be a plus but not a must. Would like the age be between 4 to 12, but will look at a little older. About Ossian, IN
The Ossian post office has been in operation since 1850. In 1843, Indiana State Road 1 was made serviceable from Fort Wayne to Bluffton. On January 25, 1850, the Fort Wayne and Bluffton Plank Road Company was then organized. The plank road was a toll road; any horse or horse-drawn vehicle had to pay a toll. The Fort Wayne, Cincinnati, & Louisville Railroad was built through Ossian in 1869, though it was not in complete operation until the following year.
