Bashkir Curly Gelding for Sale in Grand Marais, MN
Rocky is a handsome horse with interesting roaning and spotting due to the appy in his lineage. We would love to see this guy stand stud for a curly breeder, he has fine curly lines and a spectacular attitude and temperament. Highly intelligent and a beautiful mover he is gentle yet has good confidence and a bit of independence but still loves his scratches and treats. I do believe he is gaited (indian shuffle). He will excel at anything he is set to. He will make a great forever partner. pictures upon request or check out our website at www.promiselandcurlyranch.com
About Grand Marais, MN
Grand Marais ( / ˌ ɡ r æ n d m ə ˈ r eɪ / ) is a city in Cook County, Minnesota, United States. It is a northern town on the North Shore with a population of 1,351 at the 2010 census. It is also the county seat and sole municipality of Cook County. Prior to inhabitation by French Canadian settlers and prior to Minnesota's statehood, Grand Marais was inhabited by the Anishinaabe indigenous people, the thriving woodland people also known as the Ojibwe. The Ojibwe name for the area is Gichi-biitoobiig, which means "great duplicate water," "parallel body of water" or "double body of water" (like a bayou), a reference to the two bays which form the large harbor of Lake Superior.
