Balthasar from K. Roginski Farm US2009104456 Foaled: 10/30/2009 Sire Hersir fra' Gerdum (US92101200) Dam: Sandra fra' Hrafnho'lum (US 1986203234) (She is out of 2 Sisters Farm) Registered as a yellow dun/dorsal stripe (may be a bay: goes very red in the winter) Loki from K. Roginski Farm US2009104457 Foaled: 12/1/2009 Sire: Hersir fra' Gerdum (US92101200) Dam: Hera fra' Raufarfelli 2 (US90201581) (She is out of 2 Sisters Farm) Registered as a Blue dun/dark with star (he also has a dorsal stripe, his color is much darker now that he is older) These boys came to me from a friend that needed to dedicate his time elsewhere. Although I like both very much I am not an avid rider and these boys are too good to be sitting idle in my backyard. I'd love to see them both go to a home that knows and appreciates how unique and fun the breed is. Both are green broke and have limited time under saddle. Accept a bit and saddle well. Easy keepers. Move very nicely and appear to have a tolt. Both are 4 years old, calm, inquisitive and personable. Very nice ground manners. Both are approximately 13 hands. Balthazar is the redder horse. Loki is brown, with some light dappling (you can see this in the summer). Both have beautiful dorsal stripes. $3800/horse OBO Located in Manlius, NY
About Manlius, NY
The town was a township of the former Central New York Military Tract. Manlius is the name of several important Romans, but exactly which one was being honored is no longer known. The current town was first settled around 1790. The Town of Manlius was created in 1813, along with Onondaga County, as a much larger entity, which was decreased by the formation, in part or in whole, of new towns ( DeWitt, Onondaga, Salina) and part of Syracuse. The economy related to trade generated by the Erie Canal contributed to the early development of the town.
