Appaloosa Mare for Sale in Florence, AL
This is a gorgeous solid black ApHC mare. She comes from champions on
both sides. Her sire is Wa Ha Dar, who is now standing in the UK. Her
dam as an ROM in halter. Her grandsire on dam's side is Impressive Luck,
a son of Impressive. This mare was broken to ride, but I have not ridden
her in about 2 years. She is an alpha mare in the pasture. She needs an
assertive and experienced person to work with her. Her previous owner
did show her in WP in a few local shows. She is UTD on shots, worming
and Coggins. Price may be negotiable to a good home.

Florence was surveyed for the Cypress Land Company in 1818 by Italian surveyor Ferdinand Sannoner, who named it after Florence, the capital of the Tuscany region of Italy. Florence, Alabama was incorporated in 1826. Florence Female Academy was established in Florence in 1847. By the 1850s it became Florence Synodical Female College. It closed in 1893.
