14 y / o Grade Leopard Appaloosa Gelding. 16 hh. Big, stocky & sound. What can I say about this horse? He is totally bomb proof, loves to trail ride. Super gentle has a kind heart. ANYONE can ride this horse. I have moved cattle with him and team sorted with him~he sorts but just to humor me~ too laid back. Ultra smooth canter. Neck reins, good for farrier, loads & bathes well. He really is the ultimate horse. I don~t want this wonderful horse to go to waste. I have two young ones that need my attention. This breaks my heart but I need to let him go. Good home only!!! He deserves the very best. UTD on vaccines & worming. Must meet him and ride him to really appreciate.
About Macon, MO
Macon was platted in 1856. Like the county, Macon was named for Nathaniel Macon. A post office called Macon City was established in 1856, and the name was changed to Macon in 1892. In November 1919 four African-Americans were arrested for allegedly robbing a white farmer. They were held at the Macon prison but on Saturday, November 15, 1919, a white mob drove into town and demanded that the Sheriff hand them over.
