Azteca Mare for Sale in Waterloo, IL
Flashy little mare, with a very sweet disposition. Clips, bathes, loads &
trailers great. NOT spooky, ok with dogs, tractors. Trained with parelli
natural horsemanship, does all seven games perfectly! She has natural
shoeing as well. - No shoes just old mac boots for the extreme trails.
Shots, regular worming, negative coggins, dental care done within
the last year. No bad habits. Can be maintained on pasture or stall.
Easy keeper. Takes leads on trails. Has been ridden in mountains -
Utah, Tennessee, & Shawnee. Very sure footed. Smooth lope & trot.
Walks through water and over logs. However, you can jump logs if you ask
her to. Neck reins well. Learns quickly, train her in your discipline.
Would work for a novice, intermediate or experienced rider. She would
work for a beginner or an older child. Tons of potential and could
exceed in many disciplines and has the looks to go along with it.

                    About Waterloo, IL
Waterloo's history dates back to the 18th century, with the French being the first Europeans to settle in the area. The site was ideal because of its elevation; the proximity of the Mississippi River Valley brought frequent flooding to the lowlands. It was also close to Fort de Chartres, a French stronghold. They named their settlement Bellefontaine, meaning 'beautiful spring.' This name related to a spring of water a mile south of the site of Waterloo, a frequent campsite on journeys between Kaskaskia, Cahokia, and St. Louis.
