Beautiful 17 Hand reg. Appaloosa Gelding
3 (1 - calm; 10 - spirited)
Appaloosa Stallion for Sale in Largo, FL
Sinbad is a 17 hand, simply gorgeous, registered appaloosa gelding. He is 7 years old and currently ridden by a jr. exhib. Hes been rode english and western, has beautiful gaits, a wonderful head set and would probably be a great dressage or hunt prospect. Hes been to some local shows and done well but would need more training to pursue a show career. He has been trail ridden extensively, is great for ferrier, bathes, ties, does everything well, no bad habits except has some trailering issues that he needs work on. Although there are days you could put a 2 year old on him, he can have those days where he is full of himself, so I would say at minimum an intermediate rider. NOT for beginners, he is a big horse and with a name like Since Im Bad, Sinbad youd have to expect a little attitude.
About Largo, FL
The native inhabitants of the Largo area were the Tocobaga Indians. They are also known as the Safety Harbor culture from their archeological remains near present-day Safety Harbor. The Spanish came to Florida in the 16th century. In the 18th century, the Tocobaga had been virtually destroyed after years of exposure to European diseases, Spanish settlement efforts and warfare between Spain and England. The Largo area, like the rest of Pinellas County, was largely deserted.
