Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Lenoir, NC
She has had one foal, and has been a riding horse since then she is
a solid green broke, but does need some finishing. She is not for a
beginner because she will buck from time to time. Nothing major, but it
does happen. I have taken her over small jumps and played around with
barrel racing. She could be a great barrel racer. She loves to run (and is
fast) , but doesn't get hyped up. She has a nice walk and trot, but an
O'wow canter. She really reaches up underherself with her hindquarters.
She could do some dressage work as well. She is just broke with the
basics W / T / C, some leg yeilds and flexion work (though she needs
more) , she has good smooth transitions. She has so much potential in
any direction I just don't have the time to take her there.

                    About Lenoir, NC
Lenoir was established in 1841 and incorporated in 1851. The city was named for Revolutionary War general and early North Carolina statesman William Lenoir, who settled north of present-day Lenoir. His restored home, Fort Defiance, is a tourist attraction. The original settlement of Lenoir was known as Tucker's Barn, after a Tucker family that settled on the north side of Lower Creek around 1765. The homestead eventually served as a voting precinct, a muster ground, a store, and a place for celebrations.
