Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Provo, UT
I bought frosted Silk for western pleasure, but recieved a director
position at a ranch and am unable to take her with me. She has good
confirmation and great potential. She could be ridden by intermediate
riders, and after some training, beginning riders. Curious disposition,
has had great training in the past and will load easily (in a side loader,
and in bigger front loaders) and clips and bathes wonderfully. She is
very good at lunging and has mostly been ridden western. She has great
muscles and would be a great trail horse also. She has been trained
in racing also, but has not competed for about 2 years. Looking for a
caring owner who will take great care of her. She is also Registered
under the American Quarter Horse Association with good blood lines. Call
me and I will answer any more questions you have.

About Provo, UT
The Provo area was originally called Timpanogas, a Numic (Ute) word perhaps meaning "rock river". The area was inhabited by the Timpanogos. It was the largest and most settled area in modern-day Utah. The ample food from the Provo River made the Timpanogos a peaceful people. The area also served as the traditional meeting place for the Ute and Shoshone tribes and as a spot to worship their creator.
