Romeo was imprinted at birth and has been handled on a daily basis.
He is gentle and calm, has been raised around children and other animals.
He is halter broke and ready to start under saddle. He trailers, stands
for the farrier. His coloring is quite unique, he is a smokey grey roan
tobiano, with a bald face, 3 tall white stockings and one front leg that
is a light golden brown. When bathed and in the sunlight it looks like
he's been sprayed with gold glitter. Right now he looks black in his
winter coat.
About Otis, CO
Otis was established in 1882 as a construction campsite for workers building the Burlington & Missouri River rail line from Lincoln Nebr to Denver, Colo. According to tradition, the community was named after W. O. Otis, a pioneer settler. The post office opened in 1886 and the town was platted in 1887.
