Belgian Draft Mare for Sale in Maple Plain, MN
Queenie is extremely friendly. Always the first to say "Hi". Good with other horses. Willing to please and good to work with. Up to date on deworming and shots, including west nile. Halter broke, ties, used to being in a stall or outside, good with the farrier, good with getting shots and deworming. We have had a bridle and saddle on her and she did not care. If you are looking for a large horse with a wonderful personality that will love your attention, Queenie will probably be a great match for you. We are selling Queenie for $700 but will listen to an offer. She has lots of potential and loves people.
About Maple Plain, MN
Maple Plain is named for the many sugar maples in its forests. Early settlement of the area began in 1854 and revolved around Lake Independence to its north, and its outflow Pioneer Creek. In 1868 and 1869, the St. Paul, Pacific and Manitoba Railroad was built through Maple Plain. By 1871, Maple Plain had a post office.
