Lucy is a beautiful flashy QH/TB Cross.
16 years young, walk, trots, canters, and we popped her over a little cross rail. She did it willingly but definitely does not have formal training over fences. Does lead changes on both sides (while free lunging) and she seems to have some dressage background as she does leg yield and neck reins as well! We have only had her at our place for a couple weeks and she still seems to need to "settle" in but she definitely knows her commands. Just seems a little worried when being ridden in the ring. Not for a beginner or a timid rider but should be fine for someone who is confident in telling Lucy what they expect from her and willing to give her the time she deserves. We truly believe she will settle in with time but we would like to start to find the right person and forever home for this sweet mare. She is currently priced at $1800 and slightly negotiable to the perfect situation for miss Lucy!
About Mullica Hill, NJ
Spicerville was the name of a village on the south bank of Raccoon Creek, named after prominent landowner Jacob Spicer. Mullica Hill originally referred to the village on the north bank of Raccoon Creek, named after the sons of Eric Pålsson Mullica, whose sons William, Eric, Olag and John Mullica began purchasing land here in 1704. Eventually, both villages became known as just Mullica Hill as the original name of Eric's grandfather's house in the Middle of Finland "Mullikkamäki" (mäki means hill). Some of Mullica Hill's historic buildings were built following the Civil War, notably the town hall that still stands today. The period of industrial and agricultural growth during and after the Civil War is commemorated by a reenactment every fall.
