Missouri Fox Trotter Mare for Sale in Las Vegas, NV

I am moving to a horse property and would like to lease my horse for her food expense. It would be $200/month. She would be available to ride/spend time with during the following hours: Wednesday and Thursday from 11A-8P, Sunday 1P-8P. I work the rest of the week and do not want anyone there when I am not there. However, free 1/2 hour horseback riding lessons are included. I am moving in February but if you are interested in leasing her sooner I would be willing to do so. Right now she is boarding at a facility near Santa Fe Casino in Las Vegas, NV. Immalena is very calm and is neck reign trained. I have worked on bridleless training with her but haven't had the time as I go to school full time and work full time. Which is why I'm trying to get a place to have her so I can spend more time with her. I would still like to have someone lease her so she gets a work-out. She is a little on the chubby side right now because she hasn't been worked but I know she rides well. The only time she gets feisty is when she canters and jumps. She can jump about 2" and that is all I am comfortable jumping her over since I am not a jumper. I use a bitless bridle with her and have ever since she was 3 years old. I've also ridden her bareback since that time and only ride with a saddle when trail riding. I don't own a trailer and the new place we are moving to doesn't have an area to trail ride in. If you are interested or have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your time.

About Las Vegas, NV

Perhaps the earliest visitors to the Las Vegas area were nomadic Paleo-Indians, who traveled there 10,000 years ago, leaving behind petroglyphs. Anasazi and Paiute tribes followed at least 2,000 years ago. A young Mexican scout named Rafael Rivera is credited as the first non- Native American to encounter the valley, in 1829. Trader Antonio Armijo led a 60-man party along the Spanish Trail to Los Angeles, California in 1829. The area was named Las Vegas, which is Spanish for "the meadows," as it featured abundant wild grasses, as well as the desert spring waters needed by westward travelers.
