Pony of the Americas Mare for Sale in Eagle Bend, MN
Maggie is an awesome sweet horse - she has been ridden by an 8 year old,
but she has not been ridden much in the past year. She is a very passive
horse - picks her feet stands perfect for the farrier, jumps right in
the trailer - trailers great. She has great feet - does not require
shoes - she will be having all her vaccinations on March 22 nd - we had
her teeth floated last spring. She is an easy keeper - don't need to
do much with her.

About Eagle Bend, MN
Eagle Bend was first settled in the early 1880s. The first pioneers were Charles O'Dell, a merchant, and Marion Crider, a homesteader from eastern Kentucky. When O'Dell opened his general store, his first customer was Crider, who bought a pound of coffee. The townsite was purchased by a railroad executive, Benjamin F. Abbott, who wished to change the name of the town to Abbottsville; however, sensibility prevailed and the evocative name of Eagle Bend was retained.
