Amazing all-around, 8 year old gentle and giant eye-catching Percheron/Paint Draft! Micro-Chipped and branded. Asking 7500.00 for both. I WILL ALSO CONSIDER A LEASE!!! BOARDING ON MY PROPERTY - NO FEE. I WILL CHARGE A FEE FOR RANGER AND FOOD EXPENSES AS WELL AS SPLIT MEDICAL EXPENSES. I WOULD EXPECT LEASEE TO PUT IN WEEKLY TIME FOR MANURE MAINTENENCE. Ranger is my love-bug and just craves attention. He drives, single and double. Goes out on trails alone or with a group. Not spooked. Great solid hooves. He has had shoes on only the front. Great with all farm animals, other horses, dogs and children. Rides in simple "O" ring snaffle. Bareback. He also rides without his bridle - just halter. Ties, Loads, Bathes, & Stands for the farrier. Ranger came from a large cattle and horse farm in Indiana. The previous owners indicated he was in pulling competitions and featured in The Western Horseman magazine. There is nothing tiny about this guy. Since I've had him... as I'd like to put it... he's been in "retirement". I'd really like to see Ranger go with his best friend, Smokey. I understand if this is not possible but I need to put it out there. I purchased Smokey to keep Ranger company and as a smaller horse for my son to ride. My plans were to train her, however, I recently had a serious accident and can't care for them. It breaks my heart to make this decision and it would be so much easier for me, if I knew they were together. Smokey is almost a year old Silver Dapple Pinto Shetland. She is trained with all her ground work.... including lunging. I've already put a lot of work into her and planned on too for another year before training to ride. Smokey is an amazing little female yearling. She is SUPER, SUPER smart and very sweet. She is great around all animals and other kids. It does take her a little bit of time to get use to strange dogs but she comes around. She plays very well with my little 12lb malti-poo. She needs no shoes - she's a hardy and sturdy little thing, I'd like to get $800.00 or possibly work something out if she is taken with Ranger. She will make a great riding and wagon horse when she comes of age and with proper training. She's already half way there. She also, Ties, Loads, Bathes, & Stands for the farrier. I am more than happy to send additional pics! Any hay and food that I have will go with both horses. Both horses will come with a halter and lead. Ranger just has his teeth floated and won't be ready for shots until October. Both are current on worming - I will also give my rotating wormers to the potential buyer.
