Cremello Gelding

Description~ Almighty Arizona, or “Mighty”, is a stunning, flashy 2 1/2 year old Overo, Cremello (can pass as a Palomino) paint gelding with two blue eyes. Up to date on shots and regularly wormed. He is presently 16 hands, estimated to mature at around 17 hands or taller. This horse is a head turner, it is impossible not to get noticed on this giant beauty (receive compliments constantly). Laid back, easy going, quiet, and has been ridden by a 12 year old beginner level rider.   Conformation~ All of his legs are straight, except left front is splayed a tiny bit. He had to grow into his legs do to his size. Leg continues to get noticeably straighter by the month; has not been an issue whatsoever, he walks straight and does not hit any of his legs together when he moves. Incredibly strong hooves, can walk barefoot over the harshest rocks completely unfazed. Is barefoot; ridden in cavello boots on his front feet for some of the trail rides to keep them looking their best. Pedigree~ He is sired by champion stallion Mighty Alrighty from R Prairie Acres/Dam is RJ Arizona. Papers for the American Paint Horse Association (APHA) and Pinto Horse Association of America are filled out (including breeder’s certificates) and ready to be sent in. He can also be registered in the American Indian Horse Registry (AIHR). He has Quarter horse in him from both the dam and sire’s side; however there is not enough information for registration through AQHA. Bloodlines date back to Champions Bright Bar, Gold Pacific, Bar Money, Dynamo, Three Bars, and Dynamite on the Dam's side. Mighty has had training in tying, haltering, leading, backing on ground, longing, free longing, standing for Farrier, saddling/bridling, mounting- swing up, using mounting block, and fence, dismounting, trailering, Control- go, stop, turn, back up, gaits, lateral flexion, desensitized to plastic bag, and walking over a tarp. He has been ridden mainly in a snaffle bit, both bareback and under saddle (western). Started on trails; long trails with extremely rough terrain and plenty of natural obstacles. Goes good with and without other horses- makes a great lead horse, but also enjoys following. Responds well to leg pressure, carries saddle bags, and is used to goats, chickens, dogs of all sizes, children, ranch equipment, and loud machinery. Goes up and down hills, through brush, and has been Ponied by a 14 hand pony in the arena no problem!
