Pepper has been trail-ridden throughout Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, and surrounding states. He has been ridden in field trial galleries and on the trails. Pepper has a very smooth and natural 4-beat gait and will gait smoothly all day long! He is not spooky acting going down the trails or out on the highway. Pepper has seen all sorts of wildlife and has been in every situation imaginable. He will handle rough country, go up or down steep slopes across deep creeks, cross rivers, go over downed trees, and all types of rough terrain while still being sure-footed. He has been ridden in traffic and is safe around cars and trucks. Pepper is easy to handle, tacks up quietly, loves a bath, and is farrier-friendly.
