Half Arabian Mare for Sale in Missoula, MT

It is with an extremely heavy heart that I offer Sassy for sale. I have vertigo that has put a big dent in my ability to ride horses. Sassy is a NATIONAL youth reining Reserve champion, Registration papers in the photos. He's UTD on worming, vaccinations, farrier, and coggins. Stands great for farrier, loads, ties, lunges, knows the reining maneuvers. She's 21 this year, but you'd never know it by looking at her. She's got a big motor and likes to use it. She's smart as a whip and light as a feather. She's top or close to top of the herd. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body. She's amazing in the arena and would be great as a 4H or Junior showman. I'm going to sell her to someone who will enhance her life. Serious inquiries only. video https://vimeo.com/217053018

About Missoula, MT

Archaeological artifacts date the Missoula Valley's earliest inhabitants to the end of the last ice age 12,000 years ago with settlements as early as 3500 BCE. From the 1700s until 1850s, it was primarily the Salish, Kootenai, Pend d'Oreille, Blackfeet, and Shoshone who used the land. Located at the confluence of five mountain valleys, the Missoula Valley was heavily traversed by local and distant native tribes that periodically went to the Eastern Montana plains in search of bison, leading to conflict. The narrow valley at Missoula's eastern entrance was so strewn with human bones from repeated ambushes that French fur trappers would later refer to this area as Porte de l'Enfer , translated as " Gate of Hell". Hell Gate would remain the name of the area until it was renamed "Missoula" in 1866.
