Cute Paint Gelding

Lakota is a stunning Yellow Dun Paint Gelding. He is 6 years old and stands about 14 hands. He has a stout build to him! Lakota has a sweet puppy dog personality. Loves people and will follow you like a shadow! Very silly and fun boy to be around. He is a very easy keeper. Lakota holds his weight on minimal feed. Pastured with both mares and geldings and does great with everybody. Lakota also does well being in a stall. He loads on trailers without hesitation and is a good boy when he rides in them. Lakota is easy to handle on the ground. He will stand tied for grooming, baths and tacking. He will let you pick up his hooves and is great for his farrier visits. Lakota needs an experienced rider due to his age and silliness, but he is sure to make someone a great horse! He can be a little on the lazy side and needs someone who will be “boss”. He doesn’t offer to do anything crazy. He is not spooky by any means. He would love a home that will take him on trail rides! Lakota would be great for a lesson home as well with a little time!
