Quarter Horse Gelding for Sale in Saint Paul, NE
14 yr grade gelding. 15 hands. Trained to ride but a very rusty as he has’t been rode much the last five years and lots of energy. Very soft in the mouth- just ride him with a halter. Knows his basics but needs an experienced rider to put hours on him. He's not registered, but I brought him from a rancher who is a friend of the family who gave me papers from his parents. Currently in grad school so don’t have time to utilize him. Let me know if you're interested or have any further questions. asking $700 OBO. Need him gone within the month but must go to good home. Willing to deal on the price depending on what type of home he goes to- would make a great companion horse as he gets along well with other horses and doesn't want to be the boss.
About Saint Paul, NE
St. Paul was founded by two young surveyors, James N. and Nicholas J. Paul, who had been surveying in Nebraska and the surrounding areas as the land opened to settlers. Struck by the beauty and the prospects of the Loup valley, they took out homesteads, successfully petitioned the state legislature to form a new county to be known as Howard County, and laid out the townsite.
