Gelding for Sale in Hume, MO

This is a once in a lifetime pony! He has been on trails, chased cows, can consistently jump, and everything in between! He can be English or western. Only downfall on this pony is that he is hard to catch! After that he will do whatever, is not to great at groundwork but never have to lunge him to get ready for a ride. He can be left out in the pasture for a month and then go back to riding normally! He can be stalled or out on pasture. He is used to cattle and gets kinda antsy around other horses at first but that’s just because he isn’t around them a lot. Is used to dogs, cats, chickens, and trucks! I am also willing to trade for a project or prospect horse 14.0 and up! Email me at baileyemelija@icloud.com or call or text me at 6202155523

About Hume, MO

The Hume area prior to the founding of the town was an area bathed in the beauty of nature and heinous Border Wars. Native Americans are thought to have buried their dead in a mound structure approximately one mile north of Hume, although there is no evidence to support this claim. The first known Euro-American settler in the Hume area was Peter Duncan in 1835. The Bleeding Kansas affair and the upcoming Civil War brought John Brown to this area with an attack on the Lawrence farm, five miles south of Hume, in which slaves were freed. Border warfare fighting began soon after, which cost many lives.
