Quarter Horse Gelding for Sale in Chadds Ford, PA

Chase is a 15hh eight year old chestnut QH gelding. This amazing guy is an incredibly easy keeper and barefoot all around. He gets along well with any horses he is turned out with and is a very in your pocket horse! He loves people and always comes running to you whenever you go into his paddock. Chase was originally being ridden only western. Over the past six months, he has done amazingly well riding English, and he is even jumping fences at the trot and canter. Chase is very well behaved in the ring, but his true love is trail riding. He is incredibly brave on trails. He loves water, is fearless on the road, and will babysit anyone on a lovely ride through the country! Chase also has impeccable grounds manners! He is very polite to bath, clip, and groom. He stands quietly on cross ties and is wonderful for both the vet and farrier. Chase is a great all around horse. He would be a wonderful western or english prospect for anyone looking to show or have fun at home. I am only selling him because I will be moving at the end of the month to Oklahoma. I unfortunately must sell him prior to moving. Chase would be a great family horse. I am really looking for the right person for him, as I have really enjoyed him and would not be selling him if I were not moving across the country. Please message me with any questions! Videos soon to come.

About Chadds Ford, PA

The original name of the township, Birmingham, was given to the territory by William Brinton in remembrance of the town of the same name in England. Frances Chadsey, or Chads, improperly spelled Chadd, emigrated from Wiltshire, England in 1689 and lived in Chichester Township until 1696 when his name first appeared in the Birmingham Township tax records. On September 11, 1777, the house owned by George Gilpin was occupied by General Howe of the British Army during the Battle of Brandywine. The Chad House, Chadds Ford Historic District, Gilpin Homestead and William Painter Farm are all listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
