Peruvian Paso Mare for Sale in Burns, OR

This elegant light chestnut filly born 6-25-05 is looking for a friend. She has a very nice, smooth gait and incredible movement. Flaxen mane & blonde tail. 11- year - old sire is black and was Reserve Champion Junior Stallion the only time shown and I lost her dam to West Nile who was still going strong at 21. This filly is priced to sell quickly. Should make any home proud, will definately be a flashy head turner with striking looks and gait, gait, gait! Buyer has opportunity to name. Has been raised on acreage so legs are nice and developed and filly is well socialized. Seller had a traumatic back injury which prevents much work with horses, so must liquidate! Please view my other ads, and contact me for more information. Discount for multiple purchases or package deals on my other fillies I have available.

About Burns, OR

Archeologists have found evidence of human habitation in the general vicinity of Burns from as early as 10,000 years ago. Members of the contemporary Burns Paiute Tribe of Harney County, descended mainly from the Wadatika band of Paiutes, were hunter-gatherers throughout central and southern Oregon. The Wadatikas were named after the wada seeds collected as food from near Malheur Lake. Their territory covered about 5,300 square miles (14,000 km 2) from the Cascade Range to near Boise and from the southern Blue Mountains to south of Steens Mountain. Scattered in the 19th century by clashes with white settlers and soldiers and through forced removal to distant reservations, some of the Paiutes eventually returned to Harney County.
