Paint Mare for Sale in Hawesville, KY

This 4 yr old paint mare is and excellant horse and very classy looking. Show her or just trail ride her you will get lots of compliments. She is very gentle, and can be ridden by kid and beginners. She is registered and I had her bred to a local paint stud that is a medicine hat. This will be an awesome colt. Lucy Is a sorrel and white and is put together well. About Hawesville, KY

Upon the establishment of Hancock County in 1829, local landowner Richard Hawes Sr. (father of Rep. Richard Hawes Jr.) donated land for a county seat, free to any homesteaders who settled there. The Hawesville post office was established later that year. The city was formally established in 1836 and incorporated by the state assembly in 1847.
