Arabian Mare for Sale in White Lake, WI
Breeze is a beautiful bay mare. Gorgeous dished head, large expressive
eye, floating trot, and a rocking horse canter. Breeze is not broke and
has only been used as a brood mare by her previous owners. This is my in -
laws horse and they are new to the horse world, she is just to much for
them to handle. Breeze is not un - manageable but she just needs a horse
knowledgeable person to handle her. Was shown at halter as a yearling
and placed well. Also lunges nicely. U. T. D on everything. Price is firm
About White Lake, WI
The name "White" was given to the lake by the Indians who hunted and fished in the area many years ago. It was so named because of the white sand and marl in the lake bottom. In 1876, pioneer Isaac Farrow attempted to drain White Lake and make a hay meadow out of the level bottom. He failed in this venture because he didn't realize the depth of the lake and the fact that it was fed by springs. The White Lake area lies south and west of a former terminus of the Wisconsin and Northern Railroad, Van Ostrand.
