Arabian Stallion for Sale in Marengo, IL
PRICE REDUCED!!!! He stands 15. 1h tall but has the movement of a big horse. Three wonderful gaits, easily carries himself on the bit with great collection. Has not had alot of jumping experience but has always been willing and honest with a young rider on him. Trained to first level dressage, with potential to move up the levels with a dressage rider. Trail safe but there can always be an arabian eating monster somewhere in the woods and he may shuffle a bit if he gets upset. Kind horse with loads of presence and personality. Stands out in the show ring and always places. The only reason this horse is for sale is the owner lack of time to keep him where he needs to be. About Marengo, IL
Marengo was first named Pleasant Grove after a grove of trees near the town site. The present name commemorates the Battle of Marengo. A post office named Marengo was established in 1844. In the early morning of June 11, 2017 at around 4:50 A.M., a house in the northwest suburbs exploded. The gas explosion set four houses on fire and damaged 50 more, nearly 20 of which have been deemed "unlivable." Despite the extensive damage, no fatalities or serious injuries occurred; only two people were reported to have suffered minor injuries.
