This very pretty mare is a breedstock registered APHA mare who is a beautiful chestnut with lots of chrome. Three stockings, star and wide stipe. She is well started under saddle w - t - c and started over cross rails. Has been ridden both English and western. She is very willing and easy to teach. Was lightly shown last summer on the flat at local Hunter shows, always pinned. Loads, clips ties etc. . . She will make someone a very nice large pony. About Coopersburg, PA
Coopersburg was settled in about 1730 and was called Freyburg, named after Joseph Frey a local tavern owner and judge, in its early years. By the time the town was incorporated, it had been renamed Coopersburg, after Judge Peter Cooper. The town was once the site of famous cattle sales at the estate of Tilghman S. Cooper. Along with Upper Saucon and Lower Milford Townships, Coopersburg is served by the Southern Lehigh School District.
