Tennessee Walking Mare for Sale in East Jordan, MI
Never bucked kicked or been mean in any way. Has always done anything we have asked of her. She has been kicked by another horse some time ago and has scar tissue on back leg. She has been checked by 2 vets and they both said the best thing for her is to be rode. She can do all her gates including the running walk but is best not to canner her, although she does run in the field with the other horses and it dosent bother her a bit. My husband rides her all the time but now wants another horse he can do some endurance riding with. This horse would be great for someone that enjoys nature on the back of a horse and likes the gliding ride. She is truley a beautiful sweet horse, and loves to ride. Sell to good home only! About East Jordan, MI
East Jordan was founded sometime in the 1870s when a logging mill was built along the Jordan River near the town. There were originally two places; East Jordan itself began with a store built by William F. Empey, a Canadian immigrant, in 1874. There was also a place called South Arm. The two locales merged in 1878.
