Meadville, Pennsylvania, is a charming city in Crawford County and was the first permanent settlement in northwestern PA. The Baldwin Reynolds house is an attraction in Meadville, Pennsylvania. It was originally built in 1843 by United States Supreme Court Justice Henry Baldwin. Just a few months after the house was complete, Henry Baldwin died in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
