Paint Gelding for Sale in Terrell, TX
Very broke 6 yo gelding. Nice mover with rocking chair trot. UTD on worming. Teeth floated 1/21/22 feet trimmed on schedule. Indy is a sound nice riding grade paint. He has been trail ridden, team penning and sorting and loves the cows. He is Wicked fast and has a huge motor. Ive ridden him in parades and hauled to multiple arenas and ridden down road and highway and no spook no buck or bite but. He us not at all for a beginner or kid. I'm selling at no fault to him he's just more horse than I can handle. He has gotten a little barn sour at times. But with the right person and finishing out on a discipline he will take someone pretty far I think. He's sweet easy to catch stands to mount saddle and for ferrier and takes a but nicley. He works off leg pressure, side passes and backs nicely
About Terrell, TX
Terrell developed as a railroad town, beginning in 1873 with construction here of the Texas and Pacific Railroad line. The town was named for Robert A. Terrell, a pioneer European-American settler whose farm lay on its western edge. He built an octagonal house on his property, called a "Round House", to provide better defense against attacks by Native Americans. They had occupied this territory for thousands of years.
