She has gorgeous looks, and you can drive her slow or fast! We have had this mare all summer and truly enjoyed her. Tootsie has been trail-ridden and shown by both my girlfriend and me. Tootsie has an excellent slow gait and will ride in the high teens four-beat racking and will also swap and pace riding in the high twenties but will never do that unless asked. At any time you ask her, she will stop and walk whether you’re riding her slow or fast. Tootsie is a wonderful trail horse. She will walk loose reined through any trails with no silly business. Wherever you ask, she will go. There’s no hesitation through the creeks, across logs, deep mud, steep mountains, or down hillsides. She doesn’t mind riding out alone or in a group with others. Tootsie is very well-mannered. She stands for mounting, tacking up, and great for a farrier. Don’t let this mares speed fool you. If you can ride, she will suit you.
