In addition to being DNA tested, Lily is 17 years old, and is our all-around girl for all types of riders. Lily is a beautiful, dark palomino mare with a gentle personality and years of experience. You name it, Lily has done it. Lily has been ridden hundreds of miles throughout Illinois and the Ozark Mountains, as she is always willing and enjoyable to ride. As you can see from the video, Lily has an outstanding, calm temperament, as she allows Emma to crawl under her legs, ride bareback, slide down her back, and even pull a buggy! Lily is the ultimate family horse and does whatever you want to do. Down the road, through the woods, along the creeks, and even pull a buggy with a loud lawn mower beside her – Lily is always up for the task. My family truly trusts Lily with all our family members, as children as young as 4 years old love to play and ride Lily. Damon Buehrer, horse trainer and Clinton Anderson understudy, did an amazing job with Lily. Lily is exceptionally soft, as she is easy to handle with light mouth pressure, foot pressure, backing up, and neck reining, making her the perfect mate for whatever your preference may be. Lily loads into the trailer, stands for the farrier, handles baths with ease, and is easy to catch. Throughout the Clinton Anderson method, Lily has taken well to the training and is obedient.
