Warmblood Mare for Sale in Fredericksburg, VA

I am putting Khali up for sale as I do not have the right resources anymore to train her and as a college student, I do not have time to consistently work with her. I only want what's best for her.
Khali is a 5yo 16.1 hand warmblood mare (TB, Trakehner, and Holsteiner) and is built more like a TB. She is a sweetheart who likes cuddles, scratches and experimenting with different treats. Her show name would have been "Fire and Ice" because she can sometimes be unpredictable as in relaxed and ready to work or a day of need for speed. Khali is a floaty uphill mover with very comfortable gaits. Khali loves to jump; she has scope and suspension. She has started over cross rails and popped over some jumps in the field. She likes to trail out with other horses but needs to stay with her pack. She has no vices or previous injuries. Solid feet, the farriers favorite. She'll need a person to guide her along one step at a time. Khali is not the best with the trailer, it would be best if someone had access to a trailer to work consistently with her. She is NOT a beginner-friendly horse. Khali needs a professional trainer to work with her patiently or an experienced rider who will work with a trainer or be willing to send her off to a trainer. Khali is green and is difficult, but I know once she figures herself out, she will be amazing. Please provide references. She is not registered.
