Tennessee Walking Gelding for Sale in Rock Hill, SC

Meet Gunner, a handsome gelding that stands 15 ish with the sweetest personality I have ever seen. He wants to be your BFF and always comes to you on the pasture to get pet and loved on. He is one of the best family horses ever. He loves kids, as you can see in the video. Gunner is great on trails, obstacles, arenas… I haven’t had the chance to ride him into a herd of cows, but I don’t see any problems with this at all. He is such a quick learner and wants to please that he may enjoy cattle work as well. He is used to getting hauled almost daily to other places for trail rides or arena work. You point in the trailer, and he loads up without questioning. Gunner loves trailering. It’s hard to keep him out of the trailer when he sees the open trailer. He has been exposed to kids, dogs, 4 wheelers, tractors, and everything else that farm life offers. On trail rides, he’s been exposed to hikers, bikers, and backpackers. He holds a saddle well and bits up nice. He has been handled very gently and exposed to everything naturally. I ride him barefoot, which was never a problem. He stands calmly for his trim and is up to date on his shots. If you’re looking for a fun horse, this may be the one. He is an awesome all-around horse that is great to ride on the trails in the arena. He will ride front, middle, or back, pass bridges and go through the water. Gunner is not pushy and responds well to his rider’s desires. He is in the middle of the pecking order. He gets along with his pasture pals, is easy to catch anywhere, and stands quiet to tack up or brush. He never had health issues during the time I have had him. He’s in great condition and ready to go to work or play. Watch the video; it speaks for itself.

About Rock Hill, SC

The symbols of the city are the four Civitas ( pl. civitates) statues, installed in 1991 at the Gateway corridor on Dave Lyle Boulevard. Each holds a disc that symbolizes the four drivers of the city's economy – Gears of Industry, Flames of Knowledge, Stars of Inspiration, and Bolts of Energy. The ribbons in the Civitates' clothing and hair transform into wings, inferring the textile industry as the foundation of the city's growth. The 22-foot-tall (6.7 m) Civitas statues were made of bronze by the New York sculptor Audrey Flack.
