Smokey is gentle enough for any level of rider and will walk all day like a Quarter Horse or ease down the road when asked. If you are looking for a true deadhead and don’t get in a hurry here, he is! He will ride anywhere in a group or alone and is a great trail horse. He takes his time surefooted with each step and will go wherever you point him. He is road and traffic safe. He handles quietly, is easy to catch, and is great for the farrier stands for baths and loads in the trailer. Smokey fits the bill if you are looking for a nice little gelding that is a wonderful family horse! Not to mention a great confidence booster and an amazing starter horse or just a good ole babysitter that will pack you granny or the young one all day and not have to fret!
