Does not bolt, but will shy away on the flat. Over fences he will give a little rear or buck if he is nervous going towards a fence. . He is very well schooled on the flat for all his dressage movements, well balanced, and soft to ride. Please Note: He is not honest to the fences in the jumper ring. Once he has a chance to see everything he is much better. He is great on hacks, will go anywhere if he can follow, not a great lead horse.
