By TH Richie and out of Gizmos on Fire a Burning Sand daughter. Her sire, TH Richie is a Triple Crown Champion and in the Arabian Racing Hall of Fame (2017). He currently resides in Abu Dhabi at Alawal Stud. Video in her FB album. His results were: 2004 DARLEY Champion 3 Year old Colt 2005 DARLEY Champion 4 Year old Colt 2005 DARLEY Champion Sprinter 2005 DARLEY Horse of the YEAR 1st Diamond Derby, New Track Record 1:32.52 at 4 years old His sire Calin Du Loup was imported from France and the sire of G1 winners. Her mother is by the great Burning Sand, a Leading Sire in the US with multiple track records. Queenie has a pedigree packed with performance champions. Queenie is a gutsy girl with great movement and an excellent athletic build. She was raced 3 times, but it just wasn't her thing. Queenie is a brave mount, she could go in many directions, or she would be happy to settle as a ladies weekend ride ;) We worked with her a lot last summer, everytime we worked with her she was taken out by herself and never showed any signs of being herd bound, she never offered to buck or crow hop. She went up and down the porch steps, she doesn't move for a bath, loads and hauls like a pro, and was even ridden by a 12 year old. I am not selling her as kid safe because she was raced. Have 2 videos of her being ridden and saddled. Queenie has been a great pasture mate for weanlings and even Mini's, she is kind hearted and adores my daughter. She isn't easy to catch, (most likely from her past) but is a very sweet girl who needs someone to bond with. A great home is imperative. Buyer will pay for updated coggins, she is UTD on deworming. We are interested in trades, used horse or stock trailers, farming equipment etc or reasonable offers. Her full album can be found on my personal Facebook-Janessa Jones Goodwin

About Corinth, MS

Corinth was founded in 1853 as Cross City, so-called because it served as a junction for the Mobile & Ohio and Memphis & Charleston railroads. It was the town's early newspaper editor, W. E. Gibson, who suggested its current name for the city of Corinth in Greece that also served as a crossroads. Corinth's location at the junction of two railroads made it strategically important to the Confederacy during the American Civil War.
