Teddy is an 11 year old, chocolaty chestnut gelding standing around 13 hh that has been ridden miles upon miles!!! He was owned by a older lady who was 5’-2” and she trail rode and had him camping in several states. Since we have owned him my 8 year old son and 7 year old niece has trail him well over 200 miles, on trails and highways. My son Konner would head out on him alone and stay gone for 2,3 or even 4 hours at a time riding down the highway and cutting across the mountains to come back home. No matter where you take him he is never spooky acting regardless of what he sees. He has a very smooth gait and has the stamina to keep up with the big horses. He neck reins and lopes as well. Heavy traffic, deep mud, steep hills or deep creeks are no issue for Teddy!!! He has been ridden by all ages and all sizes. He can comfortably carry 150 lb rider but has done a great job at carrying around our young ones. If you need one that’s not lazy and not crazy then Teddy is sure to please!!!
