TWH 13yr Gelding

Rain's Southern Walk is a strong, willing, and able trail horse. I have had him for 4 years, knowing nothing of his past. He is NOT beginner safe due to the fact that he is very fast, quick, and sensitive to pressure. If I was 40 years younger, he would be my dream horse, as he has a great personality. Goes out by himself, leads or anywhere in a string. Gives to hind quarters, has lateral flexion, basic groundwork, backs, jumps. Ponies well by horse or ATV. No vices. Stands calmly for bathing, grooming and saddling. Loads and trailers. Quiet on picket line, respects electric fence, and gets along with other horses, dogs. Up to date on vaccines, dentistry, and current coggins. Good for farrier. Currently barefoot with good hard hoof but shod or boots when doing extensive multiple day trail riding. Daily living environment is pasture with a small herd, eating pelleted feed twice daily with grass/hay forage the remainder of time. In 2018 he made a hunting trip to Wyoming, carrying rider while adjusting to 6-8k feet elevation, and packing wild game.
