Valentine is a 18 years old red sorrel mare that weights 900 lbs and stands 14. 3 hands. Valintine is a very athletic girl with a gorgeous thick mane and tail and geat feet. She has excellent ground manners and is very affectionate with a great personality. Valintine is a very willing mare. She was part of the Goldendale High School Equestrian Team for 3 years competing in Drill Team, Barrel Racing, Pole Bending, Key Hole, Individual Flags, Canadian Flags, IHOR (In Hand Obstical Relay) , Figure 8, Ranch Horse, Sorrting, Working Pairs, and Bi - Wrangle. She was also in 4- H for 3 years Showing at our Klickitat County Fair and Rodeo. She also did goat Tieing at our Rodeo Bible Camp. She been to a couple of playdays. She is great on the trails. She loads and hauls great, bathes, stands for farier great, will stand tied all day, saddles and bridles great. Intermediate rider recomended. This mare is just looking for someone to take her and love her to death. Her owner recently Graduated and has no time for er and doesnt want her just sitting arond when there could be someone out there that would love to have her. About Goldendale, WA

In 1872 the town was given its name by the early homesteader John Golden, a Pennsylvania-born farmer who settled with his wife from Oregon. His home at Columbus Street and Collins Street remains standing in downtown Goldendale. The town was designated as the county seat of Klickitat County in 1878. Goldendale was officially incorporated on November 14, 1879. Much of the young town, including the county courthouse, was destroyed in a devastating fire on May 13, 1888.
