Paint Stallion for Sale in Eagar, AZ
Deeds is a wonderful 18 y. o. tobiano gelding. He is a trail horse but would take you or your child anywhere. He is the type of guy that you can go away for a month, come back, throw a saddle on and just go. He has been in two parades where my husband rode him (so he is also husband safe!) and it was like he was on trail. He is great with youngsters and anyone who needs a boost of confidence. We never received papers when we bought him but that doesn't change how much of a love and character he is. We need room in our barn to pursue other interests with breeding. I am in Mississippi but my family resides at the ranch. We are offering him for $1800 OBO! We also would be willing to do a trade with the right Arabian / Half - Arabian Broodmare!
About Eagar, AZ
Eagar was settled by John Thomas Eagar (Dec 20, 1851 - March 12, 1942) with his brothers Joel and William and another family named Robertson. He received deed to the land in 1878. However, the land was too high for ditch water to reach it until the "Big Ditch" was built to bring water high enough to irrigate the land. Joseph and Emma Udall, bought the home of John Eagar on the corner of Center and Main street in the middle of Eagar, which was also the post office for many years. They built a 2nd floor which was then struck by lightning while they slept in it.
