Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Christopher, IL
Breezy is a very nice horse. She is broke well and neck reins well. She
has no health problems. Breezy needs a bit more experienced rider than
what we are. She is not what we need for our first horse. Our boys are
6 and 8. They have rode her but they have only had pony experience
before this.
About Christopher, IL
In 1906, the United Coal Mining Company No. 1 mine opened near Christopher. An explosion at the mine killed eight men on July 27, 1915. The mine was sold to the Old Ben Coal Corporation, and renamed Old Ben Coal Mine No. 1 in 1916.
