She would be a PERFECT family horse, or a first - owner horse, . She is easy to p / u feet, trim, bathe, trailer, gets along w / other horses, no kick, buck, rear! She is great all the way around. And she is SOUND! - She has very strong feet - does not necessarily need shoes, unless you are going to rocky places or lots of pavement.
