Kermit is a tiny adorable stallion with a neat personality. Great with people, loves to eat, but isn't too great with dogs. He likes to chase them! Kind of funny when he goes after our boxer! Kermit is easy to catch, and did I mention, he loves to eat! Will step up on an overturned bucket for you happily, especially if you have a treat! About Phelan, CA
Phelan's history dates back to the days of the Mormon Trail, when settlers passed through the area on their way to San Bernardino and points beyond. Phelan was named after Senator James D. Phelan and his brother, John Thomas (J.T) Phelan. The town is in the Snowline Joint Unified School District, which also serves Wrightwood, Piñon Hills, Baldy Mesa, Oak Hills, and the West Cajon Valley.
