Quarter Horse Stallion for Sale in Greensburg, KY
Well broke. Natural training. If you are looking for a horse that has
been taught something, look no more. This guy is it. He has been trail
ridden, has not rared, kicked or bucked, He has crossed water, brush,
gulleys etc. He knows legs commands and seat commands. He direct reins,
but is learning neck reining. W / T / C, gives correct lead on the
canter, great for these 4h shows coming up in the spring. Drops his
head when he travels. Goes into a lope upon command and drops back down
on command. This is a very gentle horse, loves attention. Bill has been
used on the farm to feed cattle / horses, regular farm / ranch work,
gentle as a baby, excellent calm nature. Perfect age, Perfect size,
AWESOME color.
About Greensburg, KY
The 1780 settlement was originally known as "Glover's Station", for local landowner John Glover, who received 193 acres (0.78 km 2) in the area as a military grant after the American Revolution. Following the establishment of Green County (named for Revolutionary War Maj. General Nathanael Greene ) from parts of Lincoln and Nelson counties in 1792, Greensburg was laid out and established two years later as its eponymous seat of government. It was incorporated as a city a year after that. The central Public Square was also laid out in 1795 and has been retained as designed since then, with the only changes being the paving of the square with concrete and the installation of concrete dividers and parking meters in the four quadrants.
