Quarter Horse Gelding for Sale in Ripon, CA

Registered QH Gelding. Flashy red dun with dorsal stripe, tiger striping, and a touch of chrome. Sound mind, body, beauty, and an interesting mix of cow, and foundation bloodlines combine to form a horse with 3 exceedingly athletic and surprisingly "uphill" gaits. This guy isnt just a horse, he is a partner. Willing to answer any new question you can ask him with a "can do, ready to work attitude." Barefoot with sturdy feet. Works softly in a hackamore or snaffle.... () Good hard stop. Steps over himself into the spin, yielding brilliantly to the leg. Side passes over poles and backing through obstacles with ease. Opens gates, rope gates, mail boxes etc... Put his feet WHEREVER you want. Really takes care of you on even the toughest rocky trails. Good with water, bridges, ditches, gullies etc.. Have taken him camping and did great packing in gear. Not spooky at all. Walks out down the trail by himself no problem! Got 1st place in the schooling division at first trail trial competition last month. Hauling him out to see the sites and sounds and not much phases him. Big personality. Email or text me for more pictures. Priced for quick sale, Owner is moving. -

About Ripon, CA

Ripon, on the site previously known as Murphy's Ferry, Stanislaus City, & Stanislaus Station, was renamed for Ripon, Wisconsin, which was named for a city in North Yorkshire, England. Ripon's economy is largely agriculture based, known especially for its high production of almonds. In 1998, great expansion began for the city. Areas north of the 99 freeway were slated for housing divisions, and huge swaths of agricultural land were slated for development. In 2003, the Jack Tone Road intersection was rebuilt, thus beginning a gigantic commercial development for two truck stops, Loves and the Flying J that year.
