Tennessee Walking Mare for Sale in Chandler, AZ

Tennessee walker paint. She neck reins and will ride without any reins. All you need to do is point your finger in the direction you want her to go and say (Gee)(which means turn) and touch her with the heal on the side you want her to turn and she'll turn. Say (ho) or act like your falling off and she'll stop on a dime. Gets along with all horses, no buck, bite or kick and will ride front, back or alone. Has never been lame or ever colic. Good in bit and even better, calmer, slower in a mechanical hackamore.(gentle control hackamore). Loads slowly, calmly, and smartly. Gates smoothly, beautifully and calmly on loose rein. If you collect her she will ratchet up like most gated horses. If you like collecting horses up, she won't be the right fit for you. She is a loose reined trail horse. Overall a very easy going, gentle, obedient, loving horse, needs a 160lb or under rider. She is a small mare at 14.1 hands.

About Chandler, AZ

In 1891, Dr. Alexander John Chandler, the first veterinary surgeon in Arizona Territory, settled on a ranch south of Mesa, studying irrigation engineering. By 1900, he had acquired 18,000 acres (73 km 2) of land, and began drawing up plans for a townsite on what was then known as the Chandler Ranch. The townsite office opened on May 17, 1912, the same year that Chandler High School was established. The townsite was bounded by Galveston Street on the north, Frye Road on the south, Hartford Street on the west, and Hamilton Street on the east.
