Hotroddin Jett AKA Zip is a 6yr old sorrel with 4 white socks. We have owned him since he was a yr old. Bought him from a QH farm in Iowa. He was priced at $2800 as a yearling and was in Halter classes. We had him professionally trained and didn't ride him hard until his knees matured. Been trail ridden extensively. Will go where pointed. You can Crack a whip off of him and probably even shoot a gun. He is smart, and athletic. Bred too well to be sitting out in the field. About Benton, KY
Benton was named for Thomas Hart Benton, a senator from Missouri. In 1908, Benton drove its African American residents out of town, becoming a sundown town along with the rest of Marshall County. On January 23, 2018, a shooting occurred at Marshall County High School, near Benton, resulting in 19 injuries and 2 fatalities. As of the 2010 Census, there were 4,349 people, 1,809 households, and 1,154 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,007.4 people per square mile (389.0/km²).
