Snow is a 9 YO proven show horse. Shows at all 3 gaits and has been out on the trails as well as in the ring. She is a proven brood mare out of the Hytone line and crosses extremely well with Delight of Pride. She was the Western States Celebration Flag Horse and has exhibited at numerous competitions including the Country Classic Hunt / Jump show in Wilsonville Oregon. The origin of Carlton's name is disputed. An ex-county commissioner claims that the name was derived from Wilson Carl, whereas A. E. Bones, postmaster at Carlton, stated in a 1925 letter that it was named for John Carl, Sr., at the request of R. R.
