Appaloosa Gelding for Sale in Lancaster, PA

This 12 y.o. gelding was a lesson horse before I purchased him (around the age of 6) for my son and myself for basic Western Pleasure and to trail ride. He was then given to a Therapeutic Riding Program where he was ridden both Western and English and was known to for his amazing calmness even when a child might be screaming or waving their arms around. After two years in the program, I got him back and have been working on improving his collection and hindquarters strength. I am ready to move on, but very much want a loving home for him. He would be perfect for a novice rider up to an intermediate rider. He does not have any experience as a hunter/jumper, simply flat events. He is very willing to trail ride through large puddles and thick wooded areas and is use to seeing deer, ground hogs, foxes and turkeys both on the trail and in his pasture. He gets along in any herd, loves to be outside in a pasture... easy keeper. Make an offer.
